Accessibility Statement
Effective September 4, 2026. Mobilehome Navigator is designed for an inclusive mobile-first experience.
Accessibility as product quality
Altrusent treats accessibility as an ongoing product-quality responsibility. Mobilehome Navigator should be usable by people with differing access needs and should avoid unjustified exclusion from core information and functions.
Accessibility target
The product target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for core public, authentication, account, purchase, and assistant journeys. Design and validation should address keyboard use, screen-reader compatibility, zoom and text reflow, visible focus, programmatic labels and instructions, understandable errors and status updates, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion needs where applicable, and practical mobile touch targets.
Ongoing testing
Release checks should combine automated accessibility scanning with representative keyboard, screen-reader, mobile, and reflow review on the same release candidate that will be published. Automated testing alone is not treated as proof of conformance.
Known limitations
AI-generated content and third-party services may occasionally present accessibility limitations outside Altrusent's direct control. New or materially changed features may require additional accessibility validation before release. This statement does not claim formal certification.
Feedback and accommodation
If a user encounters an accessibility barrier, Altrusent intends to provide a reasonable alternative path where practicable and use the report to guide remediation. Accessibility feedback may be sent to support@altrusent.com. Please share only the information needed to describe the barrier and the affected feature or page.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility findings, user feedback, audits, and observed use should inform product improvement. Issues that materially prevent users from accessing core functions or information should receive priority appropriate to their impact.
