Terms of Use

Effective September 4, 2026. Terms for use of Mobilehome Navigator by Altrusent.

Purpose of the service

Mobilehome Navigator helps residents and homeowners turn information into practical understanding and next steps. It may provide general information, organization tools, AI-assisted guidance, document and Home Record features, and help preparing questions or communications. AI is an enabling capability; it is not a government, legal, professional, property-management, or emergency authority.

Important decisions and emergencies

Users are responsible for verifying important facts with the responsible government agency, park or management office, utility, licensed professional, attorney, or other authoritative source. Do not rely on Navigator for emergencies or immediate danger. Contact emergency services or the appropriate responsible authority when urgent action is required.

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide reasonably accurate account information, protect access to their account, submit only information they are authorized to use, and avoid unlawful, abusive, deceptive, malicious, security-threatening, exploitative, or service-disrupting use. Altrusent may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, systems, legal obligations, service integrity, or other users.

User content and saved records

Users retain their rights in information and content they submit. Users grant Altrusent the limited permission reasonably necessary to host, process, secure, and present that content to provide Mobilehome Navigator. Users are responsible for having the right to submit content. Account or content deletion requests may be subject to reasonable retention needed for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or system-integrity purposes.

Sources, parks, programs, and providers

Laws, programs, park rules, prices, eligibility, availability, and provider details can change. A directory listing, referral, or commercial relationship is not an endorsement, guarantee, or representation that a provider is licensed, available, suitable, insured, or authorized to work in a particular community. Users should independently verify providers and requirements. Commercial relationships must not secretly influence substantive Navigator guidance.

Free and paid access

Free access includes the features identified as Free at the time of use. The current Permanent Access offer is a one-time $29 purchase for the Home Record and other full-access features identified with that purchase. Paid availability is currently limited to supported California homes unless the product states otherwise. Additional states may be added over time. Taxes may be included in or added to the amount shown at checkout as disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

Because Permanent Access is a digital service made available after purchase, completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Altrusent determines that a duplicate charge, failed fulfillment, or other exceptional circumstance warrants a refund. Users may contact support@altrusent.com for review.

AI output and changing information

AI-generated responses and third-party information may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Navigator is designed to communicate limits and identify matters that need verification, but users should not treat generated guidance as a guaranteed result or as professional, governmental, or park authority.

Service availability and warranties

Mobilehome Navigator is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Altrusent does not guarantee that every feature, answer, source, provider listing, integration, or service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Altrusent is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, inability to use the service, or reliance on third-party information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, suspension, and discontinuation

Altrusent may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, product improvement, provider changes, or business operations. Where a change materially affects a purchased entitlement, Altrusent will seek to preserve the substance of the purchased access or provide an appropriate remedy consistent with applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory consumer rights, venue rules, or other protections that apply. Nothing in these terms requires a user to waive a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Contact and changes to these terms

Altrusent may update these terms as the service changes, with additional notice when appropriate. Questions about these terms or Mobilehome Navigator may be sent to support@altrusent.com.
