Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026. How Altrusent handles information used by Mobilehome Navigator.

Our privacy approach

Altrusent treats privacy and security as product-quality responsibilities. Mobilehome Navigator is designed to collect and retain only information reasonably needed to provide the service, protect users and systems, support users, maintain requested records, process purchases, and meet applicable obligations.

Information we collect

Mobilehome Navigator may collect account information; questions, messages, and feedback you submit; home, park, appliance, utility, document, or case information you choose to save; support communications; technical, security, and usage records; and purchase or entitlement records. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored by Mobilehome Navigator.

How information is used

Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, answer questions, maintain user-requested records, process purchases and entitlements, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, improve reliability and accessibility, understand product performance, support users, and comply with applicable law.

AI-assisted processing

Questions may be processed by an AI service to generate guidance. AI is an enabling capability, not an authority over the user. Important legal, financial, safety, property, privacy, security, or other consequential matters should be verified with an appropriate authoritative source or qualified professional. Users should avoid entering Social Security numbers, passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless a future feature expressly requires and protects it.

Service providers

Mobilehome Navigator relies on service providers for infrastructure and operations. Current providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, OpenAI for AI processing, Stripe for payment processing, GitHub for source-code and engineering operations, and Google Workspace for business communications where applicable. Providers process information under their own contractual, privacy, and security terms and only for roles needed to operate or support the service.

Sharing and commercial independence

Altrusent does not sell personal information to advertisers. Information may be disclosed to service providers needed to operate the product, when a user asks us to communicate or refer information, when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or when legally required. Provider relationships, referrals, partnerships, advertising, or other commercial incentives must not secretly influence substantive Navigator guidance.

Retention and deletion

Information is intended to be retained only as reasonably needed for the service, security, fraud prevention, financial and legal recordkeeping, support, and user-requested records. Retention may vary by data type. Users may request deletion of their account or stored content, subject to information that must reasonably be retained for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, or system-integrity purposes.

Your choices and privacy requests

Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of information associated with their account when technically and legally available. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law depending on the law and Altrusent's obligations at the time of the request. Privacy requests and questions may be sent to privacy@altrusent.com.

Children and account eligibility

Mobilehome Navigator is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Paid access is intended for users who can lawfully enter the purchase transaction or who are acting with appropriate authorization. The service may provide general informational assistance to other residents without requiring title ownership, subject to the applicable account and product rules.

Security

Altrusent designs systems around least privilege, separation of concerns, protected credentials, access controls, validation, logging discipline, account isolation, and failure containment. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Security-sensitive concerns may be reported to security@altrusent.com.

Changes to this policy

Altrusent may update this policy as Mobilehome Navigator, its providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when appropriate, accompanied by additional notice.
